Installing a swimming pool is a big expense in and of itself. And, when you start adding in accessories and extras, it can get even more costly. Know, however, that not all pool accessories cost an arm and a leg. If you’re smart about the ones you choose, you can actually get a great pool, one that’s fully decked-out, without having to spend a small fortune.  

Consider Cascades  

Want to make your pool look like an exotic oasis without paying the big bucks? If so, consider installing a cascade feature. These will give you a cute little waterfall effect without the huge expense of an actual waterfall. You just need a retaining wall or other structure to house it. Jump for Jets  

Ready to get a “water massage” whenever you feel like it? If so, consider having jets installed into your pool. They cost only a few hundred dollars each, in most cases, and you can install as many as you want and place them where you want.  

However, it’s nearly impossible to install jets after the fact. So, if you know you want them, try and get them put in at the same time you get your pool.

If you can’t commit to vacuuming your pool each day, then consider investing in an automatic vacuum. There are a wide variety of these modern cleaners available, allowing you to pick the one that works best for you and your budget. Choose from robotic cleaners, suction cleaners, pressure cleaners, and more.
